To practice meditation for 10-15 minutes minimum daily, however the longer that one meditates will improve body and mind further, and the benefits are endless. When you learn to control your breathing you can begin to add more time to the 5 minutes, eventually from controlling your breathing you will be able to move on and control your mind.
